Information report on moving international flights to the new Terminal-1 of Pulkovo Airport

On February 27, 2014 all international flights operated by Rossiya, Somon Air, Tajik Air, East Air, Uzbekistan Airways, Turkmenistan Airlines, Polet, Ural Airlines, Avia Traffic, NordStar from the old building of Pulkovo-1 will be moved to the new passenger Terminal-1 of Pulkovo Airport.

In addition, from February 27, 2014, flights of the following airlines will be moved from Pulkovo-2 to the new Terminal-1: Transaero, Kogalymavia, NordStar Airlines, Alitalia, SAS and LOT. 

Operational activities on passenger servicing in the old terminal of Pulkovo-1 are ceased. The building will be closed for renovation, which is to be completed in the III quarter of 2014.

Information about moving the remaining international flights to the new Terminal 1 will be published later.

Please, on your day of travel, double-check the departure or arrival terminal of your flight on the Pulkovo airport website: www.pulkovoairport.ru, or call to the airport information service: +7 (812) 337-38-22, +7 (812) 337-34 - 44, as well as contact the airline operating the flight.

Please note that there is a change in the schema of vehicle traffic on the forecourt at the new Terminal-1. Passenger unloading from vehicles will be provided on the upper level of the ramp (departure zone), passenger loading will be provided on the lower level of the ramp (arrival zone).

“Ask Me” uniformed airport personnel are available in all terminals of Pulkovo Airport for the convenience of passengers. You can contact them to check the information about the place of departure and arrival of your flight, and if necessary order the airport shuttle to the proper terminal. You can also get more information at the information counters located in all terminals of Pulkovo Airport.

How to get to the new Terminal 1:

The new terminal is located at: 41ZA Pulkovskoe Shosse, St. Petersburg. The new public transport stop (buses -A39 and taxi vans - K39) is operated in front of the building for the convenience of passengers.
