TAP Portugal starts operating its first regular flight from Pulkovo to Lisbon

On July 2, 2014 TAP Portugal, the national carrier of Portugal and the member of Star Alliance, will start operating for the first time direct regular flights from St. Petersburg to Lisbon. Flights will be operated three times a week on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays on comfortable aircrafts Airbus-320 with economy and business class configuration. 

Previously only seasonal charter flights were operated on this route, now TAP Portugal offers regular flights throughout the year. Travel time is 5 hours. Tickets for future flights are now available for booking on http://www.flytap.com/Russia/ru/Homepage

By entering Saint-Petersburg market TAP Portugal airline gave Saint-Petersburg and all North-West region citizens an opportunity to get acquainted not only with continental Portugal, but also to use convenient connections as part of airline flights widen geography, including archipelago Madiera, Azores, countries of South America, Africa, Cape Verde”.

Airline’s route network amounted to 77 directions and 35 countries all over the world. Total number of aircrafts of this airline runs to 71 Airbuses, including A330-200 and A340-300. TAP Portugal is the leading airline on routes from Europe to Brazil and Africa.
